Computational Biology Laboratory - Boston University
Introduction
The Xia lab is in the Bioinformatics Program and the Department of Chemistry at Boston University. In addition, we am affiliated with the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Boston University and the Center for Cancer Systems Biology (CCSB) at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. We work in the area of computational biology, with a particular focus on computational structural and systems biology. We develop computer models of complex biomolecular systems, and uses such models to elucidate the relationship between sequence, structure, function, and evolution of these biomolecular systems.
