Course Description

This course covers selected topics in computational genomics, and is divided into two parts.  In the first part, Prof. Daniel Segre' will discuss systems evolution, and systems biology.  In the second part, Prof. Yu (Brandon) Xia will discuss molecular evolution, and advanced algorithms in computational genomics.

Homework assignments: 60%
Exam: 40%
