Yu (Brandon) Xia
Computational Structural and Systems Biology

I am an Assistant Professor in the Bioinformatics Program and the Department of Chemistry at Boston University, with a secondary appointment in the Department of Biomedical Engineering. I am affiliated with the Center for Advanced Genomic Technology, and the Molecular Biology, Cell Biology & Biochemistry Program. In addition, I am affiliated with the Center for Cancer Systems Biology (CCSB) at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Previously I was a Jane Coffin Childs Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry at Yale University. I received my Ph.D. in Chemistry from Stanford University, and B.S. in Chemistry (major) and Computer Science (minor) from Peking University.
